Are you trying to synchronize your toothbrush with your mobile device to generate data from your brushing sessions ?
Here are a few suggestions to help you:
1 / Ensure that your toothbrush is already paired with your mobile device (see here for how to do this);
2 / Start the app, turn on Bluetooth on your mobile device, and if your toothbrush is paired to it, let the magic take its course!
3 / Synchronize your toothbrush with the app at least once every two weeks to be certain that you don’t miss any brushing sessions;
4 / If none of the above suggestions works, contact us via the Chat function on the support page at the bottom right hand corner of your screen. Outside our support hours, you can leave us a message via the same Chat function.
