The Home page of the Kolibree App shows your active profile, his progress and last brushing session in one convenient place.
How your weekly average is calculated ?
The frequency
The frequency is the number of brushing per day on the last 7 rolling days, rounded to the highest tenth. We recommend that you brush your teeth twice daily. If you follow this recommendation correctly, you will optimize your oral health.
For example, if you brush 16 times during the last 7 rolling days, your frequency will be 2,3.
The surface and duration
The average surface is the average surface of the brushing of the last 7 rolling days, rounded to the superior unit.
For example, if you brush 2 times during the last 7 rolling days, with 80% and 90% surface covered, your average surface will be 85%.
The average duration is calculated like the average surface.
For example, if you brush 2 times during the last 7 rolling days, with 2 minutes and 1 minute duration, your average duration will be 1 min 30 s.
If your profile has been created less than a week ago
If your profile is "new", the calculation will be slightly different to reflect the reality.
Instead of making the average on 7 rolling days, the average will be calculated on the number of days passed since you've created your profile.
If you don't sync your toothbrush
The App calculate the "weekly average" scores with the synced brushing.
If your toothbrush hasn't been synchronized for more than a week, the scores may equal zero.
Similarly, if your toothbrush hasn't been synchronized for a few days (but less than 7 days) the frequency per day will significantly decrease. In the same time, the duration and surface may change depending on the past score.
Obviously, if you synchronize your toothbrush with the App, you "weekly average" will be updated.
