We call offline brushing, the brushings that are made with the toothbrush not connected to the Kolibree application.
If you are doing offline brushing, those will be stored in the Ara toothbrush and will be uploaded to the application once the toothbrush is reconnected to the Kolibree App. Ara will store the complete brushings sessions including the zone brushed.
Indicator to switch from a zone to another
When you do offline brushings, the toothbrush will indicate to switch from a zone to another by stopping the vibration for approximately half a second. (We divided the mouth in four zones : top left, top right, bottom left, and bottom right)
As an example : if the brushing duration in the App is set to 2 minutes (120 seconds), the duration is divided by 4 which conducts to 30 seconds for each brushing zones. So the toothbrush will stop vibrating for half a second for three (3) times to notify that it is time to switch to a new brushing zone.
When the brushing duration set in the application is reached, the toothbrush will stop vibrating very briefly three times consecutively (after 2 minutes in our exemple).
