Attention : If you have installed the latest version of the Kolibree application (from April 2017 onward), please select "New application version". Otherwise, please select "Previous application version". If you are unsure as to which version you have, please follow this link.
Deleting a profile with the new version of the app
If you delete your primary Kolibree account, you will lose all saved profiles. It is not possible to restore a deleted primary account and all data will be lost.
To delete a profile, go to Settings, then select Account.
On iOS: select the profile to be deleted, scroll down, then select "Delete profile".
On Android: select the profile to be deleted, then tap the trashcan icon in the top right hand corner.
Deleting a profile with the previous version of the app
Go to “Settings” and then “Account". Choose the profile photo at the top of the screen by swiping left or the right until until you get to the profile you want to delete.
- On iOS: At the bottom, select “Delete profile”.
- On Android: select the trash at the right top of the screen.
