Attention : If you have installed the latest version of the Kolibree application (from April 2017 onward), please select "New application version". Otherwise, please select "Previous application version". If you are unsure as to which version you have, please follow this link.
Connecting your toothbrush with the new version of the app
Connecting your first toothbrush
Your smartphone or tablet must be switched on, with Bluetooth activated, in order to pair with your toothbrush. Your toothbrush must also be nearby.
Option 1: You have just downloaded the Kolibree app and you don't yet have an account.
Open the app, create your account and select Kolibree (KLTB001) from the menu below.
Option 2: You already have an account.
In this case you need absolutaly to pair again your Toothbrush V1 through the App the first time you launch it, even if your toothbrush is/was already paired in bluetooth with your mobile device.
Dans ce cas vous devez absolument re-appairer votre brosse à dents V1 au premier lancement de l'application , même si votre brosse à dents était déjà appairée à votre appareil.
Tap the toothbrush icon on the bar in the center of the screen for Android devices, or go to the top left menu and select "My toothbrush". Tap "Connect my toothbrush". Select "Kolibree (Connected toothbrush KLTB001).
Follow the instructions displayed on screen. Turn on your Bluetooth (while holding down the button on the toothbrush until the LED flashes blue), then tap "Next".
Wait while the devices connect, then enter 0000 ( is it the case wiht Android ? ) as the PIN when the phone asks you to do so.
Yeah! Your brush is now connected (if your brush was already paired with another device, a message will appear - in which case, refer to this article). Your brush will now appear in your dashboard: it is now ready for you to start using it.
You are now ready to use your toothbrush.

Before starting, can you make sure Bluetooth on all other devices nearby is turned off (if your toothbrush is already connected to another device, it won’t blink blue and it will be impossible to pair it with yours).
In order to connect your toothbrush to your smartphone, both the Kolibree toothbrush and your smartphone or tablet need to be turned on.
To turn on the toothbrush, press the button. The indicator light will briefly flash and then light up green.
In order to connect the toothbrush to Bluetooth®, hold down the button until the light flashes blue (pressing it for 3 to 6 seconds).
On your Android smartphone
On your Android smartphone or tablet, you have two options:
– go to the “Settings” menu for Bluetooth®, enable Bluetooth® if it isn’t already enabled, and then connect the Kolibree toothbrush that appears with the name KLTB001-XXXXXX or with the MAC address that can be found on the label on the back of the box. If you are connecting your brush for the first time, you will be asked for a pairing code. Use “0000.”
– in the Kolibree app, you can press the button showing a toothbrush at the top right with a gray cross. In the window that opens, select the Kolibree toothbrush that appears with the name KLTB001-XXXXXX or with the MAC address that can be found on the label on the back of the box.
If you are connecting your brush for the first time, you will be asked for a pairing code. Use “0000.”
