If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 31 days from the purchase date to request a full refund.
To qualify for a refund, all the following conditions must be met:
- The request for a refund must be raised within 31 days of your purchase date by sending an email to the customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Once refund validated by Kolibree , the customer service will issue a RMA document containing an authorization number and signature.
- The RMA document provided by the support team must be joined with the product returned.
- The returned product(s) must be in good condition (not broken or damaged).
- All originally accessories and original packaging must be included with your return.
- Once the product received, you will get a refund on the credit card used for your order.
